The Dutch financial supervisory authorities, the AFM and DNB, have jointly taken initiative to review the possibilities how to better serve FinTech developments within the financial regulatory framework. The supervisory authorities have requested input from the market in respect of the manner in which the regulatory framework could be amended in order to stimulate innovation in the financial sector in a prudent manner.
