On 2 July 2021 the consultation period closed for the Dutch regulation implementing the Crowdfunding Directive (Directive (EU) 2020/1504) and dealing with some changes that need to be made to the Dutch financial rules and regulations as a result of the Crowdfunding Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2020/1503).
